REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting refunds or exchanges for products purchased from our online store at https://highmaintenancewc.com. Please take a moment to read and understand the following guidelines to ensure a seamless process in the unlikely event that you need to initiate a refund.
REFUNDS
All refund requests must be initiated within Fourteen (14) days of delivery.
What are the cases in which I can ask for a refund?
You can return an item for the following reason:
- Received the wrong product.
Which are the items that cannot be refunded/replaced?
Refund requests will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- If a request is initiated after 14 days of delivery of an order.
- If you entered the wrong shipping address at the time of placing the order.
- Returned without original packaging including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and other accessories, or if original packaging is damaged.
- The serial number has been defaced.
- The product is intentionally damaged/destroyed or if used/worn/ironed/washed.
- Return or replacement request for any free or complimentary products.
- Any other reasons which are not covered under the cases in the previous section. For example, "I placed an order for the wrong product", "Product is no longer required", “I don’t like the product”, etc.
How long will it take for the refund process to complete?
As we receive your product for a return, we will process your refund within 5 working days after a thorough inspection of your claims.
Please note: There might be some delays, but your product and your money are in safe hands.
RETURN PROCESS
To return an item, please email customer service at contact@highmaintenancewc.com with your concern, and order number.
Please note:
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless there was an error in the shipment of the order by High Maintenance. If a shipping mistake has occurred, we will cover the return shipping costs
After receiving your return package and inspecting it carefully, we will process your refund. Please allow at least five (5) business days to process your refund. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method that You used while making the purchase. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
Please Note:
- Partial returns will have a partial refund.
Refunds: Duplicate payment
Refund of the duplicate payment made by the customer will be processed via the same source (original method of payment) in 7 working days after intimation by the customer.
RULES FOR ACCEPTING SHIPMENTS
Before accepting the shipment of any product, kindly ensure that the product’s packaging is not damaged or tampered with. If the package is damaged or tampered with, we request you refuse delivery and if possible click some photos of the packaging and send it over to us so that we can take further action. We assure refund upon such refused delivery or non-delivery. If in case you choose to accept the product, you shall do it at your own risk.
REPEATED RETURN REQUESTS
- We reserve the right to impose such charges as is necessary to reimburse the expense of delivery if we observe that you have a transactional history of repeated returns.
- We also reserve a right to make the products ineligible for return or exchange, if we observe a transactional history of repeated returns.
- The liability and risk of such returns shall be on you to establish your claim for return. replacement shall only be initiated if they pass through the conditions mentioned above. If the product fails to pass through the verification and checks, the product shall be shipped back to you, for which you shall have to bear the expense.
CANCELLATIONS
At High Maintenance, we strive to offer a streamlined shopping experience for our valued customers. Please note that once an order has been successfully placed on our online store, it cannot be cancelled or modified by the customer. We understand that circumstances may change; however, our operational efficiency and commitment to prompt order fulfilment make it necessary for us to maintain a strict no-cancellation policy.
We reserve the right to cancel an order at our sole discretion. This may occur in situations including but not limited to:
- Product Unavailability: In the event that a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may cancel the affected order and issue a refund.
- Suspected Fraud: To ensure the security of our customers and transactions, we may cancel an order if we suspect fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of payment information.
- Violation of Terms: Orders that are found to be in violation of our Terms of Service or any applicable laws may be cancelled.
- Operational Limitations: If circumstances beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling an order, such as natural disasters, technological disruptions, or regulatory changes, we may choose to cancel the order and refund the customer.
In the event that we cancel an order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify the affected customer using the contact information provided during the order placement process. Any payments made for the cancelled order will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

EXCHANGES
If you've received an item from High Maintenance that is the wrong size, we offer an exchange option for your convenience. Please follow the guidelines below to initiate an exchange:
1. Eligibility for Exchanges:
You may exchange an item if:
- The item received is the wrong size.
- The item is in new condition, with all original item tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
- The product has not been used, worn, washed, or altered in any way.
2. Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team at contact@highmaintenancewc.com to inform us about the exchange and provide your order details.
- Our team will guide you through the exchange process and provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Send the item for exchange back to us promptly to ensure you receive your desired exchange items. Please note that we cannot hold products for exchange.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange request.
3. Out of Stock Exchange Items:
In the event that the desired exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a store credit equivalent to the value of the returned item. You can use this store credit to make a future purchase.
4. Discount Codes:
Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to product exchanges. Discounts and promotional offers apply to initial purchases only.
5. Delivery Time for Exchanged Products:
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location and the availability of the exchange item. Our Customer Service team will provide an estimated delivery timeline when processing your exchange request.
